Right now the role comes with full premium app access, admin review publishing rights, and early access to every new feature. We're also building a commission structure tied to café subscriptions: ambassadors who help onboard founding cafés will be first in line when that launches.

You explore cafés in your city, invite great ones to join Lattecino, and write verified reviews using your admin rights. No sales script, no quota. Most ambassadors treat it like an excuse to do what they'd be doing anyway, just with purpose behind it.
No. We're building globally and want ambassadors who know their local scene deeply, whether that's Bali, Bangkok, Lisbon, or anywhere in between. Nomads are especially welcome: you can contribute in every city you land in, and your perspective as a traveller adds something a local reviewer can't always give.
No targets, no pressure. Quality matters far more than volume. A trusted review from someone who really knows a café is worth ten generic ones. Some ambassadors go deep on a handful of carefully chosen spots; others cover their whole city. You decide.
We review every application personally. We're looking for people genuinely embedded in their local café scene: not necessarily industry professionals, just people who care about independent coffee culture and can speak credibly about it. Expect a short back-and-forth after you apply.
We review within a few days and reach out if it's a good fit. From there: a short onboarding call, your admin access activated, and a direct line to the founding team. You'll be building something real from day one.
